Traditional electroplating methods, particularly in onboard brush plating, often involve time-consuming steps of masking and sealing systems to prevent leakage. Leak Free Brush Plating System is a portable, lightweight unit that can seamlessly pass through submarine hatches. This technology ensures a controlled and leak-free electroplating process, significantly enhancing operator safety and efficiency.
While competitors like Dalic and Sifco AFC have introduced their versions of drip-less brush electroplating systems, The systems stand out due to their versatility. Available in three different sizes—Ultima, Noble, and Select—the systems are tailored to meet various requirements. The breakthrough technology includes a peristaltic pump for precise solution delivery and a vacuum pump ejector powered by pressure air, effectively capturing excess solution.
