New patent of China Midea Group reduces the risk of damage to outer rotor motor bearings
According to information from the State Intellectual Property Office, Guangdong Midea Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. and Midea Group Co., Ltd. have obtained an important patent - "External rotor motor, fan component and air conditioner" (authorization announcement number CN 222531435 U), which was applied for in February 2024.
This innovative design involves a new type of external rotor motor structure, including a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and a support. The stator assembly consists of a stator with a center hole; the rotor assembly includes a rotor rotating around the outside of the stator and a rotating shaft passing through the center hole and cooperating with it.
