In the face of the continuous development of large models and human-computer interaction technology, the innovation center is also developing and upgrading human-computer interaction evaluation robots, relying on a database of more than 3 million records to evaluate the safety and reliability of large models and human-computer interaction. "Since its commercial use last year, this evaluation robot has been used in more than 20 application scenarios, bringing tens of millions of yuan in industrialization results." Song Ruomiao said.

At present, the construction of industrial innovation platforms continues to advance. In Qingdao, the National High-end Intelligent Home Appliances Innovation Center aims at key areas such as home appliance chips and pan-terminal operating systems to make technological breakthroughs, with an annual R&D investment of more than 60%; in the Panjin Fine Chemical Pilot Base in Liaoning, 22 high-standard pilot workshops are located in it, which not only provides supporting equipment conditions for pilot projects, but also covers the entire process from technology source introduction, engineering optimization to results transformation.

According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as of the end of June this year, my country has built 33 national-level manufacturing innovation centers, and 241 pilot platforms have been included in the key cultivation pool.

"We strive to cultivate more than 5 national-level manufacturing pilot platforms by the end of this year." Xie Shaofeng, chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that the next step will be to enhance the pilot capacity to enable the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and do a good job in three aspects: industry layout, service efficiency, and achievement transformation. At present, my country has accumulated more than 600,000 science and technology and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, more than 140,000 specialized small and medium-sized enterprises, and 14,600 specialized "little giants" enterprises; the total R&D funds invested by high-tech enterprises account for more than half of the total R&D investment in the whole society. More and more enterprises not only accelerate technological breakthroughs, but also promote the coordinated upgrading of upstream and downstream industrial chains.

"Strengthening the leading position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation is conducive to solving the problem of 'two skins' between science and technology and the market, and is conducive to opening up the channel from strong science and technology to strong enterprises and industries, and transforming scientific and technological innovation into economic benefits."
