Kick-off Meeting and Draft Seminar Held in Changsha for Technical Requirements for Inspection and Assessment of Used Concrete Mixer Trucks for Export and Used Excavators for Export
On July 31, 2025, the launch meeting and draft seminar of two group standards, "Technical Requirements for Inspection and Evaluation of Used Concrete Mixer Trucks for Export" and "Technical Requirements for Inspection and Evaluation of Used Excavators for Export" were held in Changsha.
Song Jinyun, director of the association's standards and regulations department, recognized the preliminary preparations for the formulation of the two standards, and introduced the various policies, procedures and work requirements in the drafting process of the group standards.
Wu Ruixiang, Chairman of the Association's Testing Technology Working Committee and Director of the National Construction and Urban Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, introduced the significance, background and expected results of undertaking the compilation of the two group standards. As the representative of the leading unit, he introduced the working process of standard compilation to the participating representatives and expressed his gratitude to the participating units for their support for the standard compilation work.
The standards project team summarized and reported on the progress made in developing the two group standards, "Technical Requirements for Inspection and Evaluation of Used Concrete Mixer Trucks for Export" and "Technical Requirements for Inspection and Evaluation of Used Excavators for Export." The meeting also reviewed, discussed, and exchanged views on the standards' content.

The meeting further standardized the development process for the two group standards, clarified the development objectives, and facilitated the smooth progress of the development process.
