2025 July Sales Report of China Excavators and Loaders in Construction Machinery Industry
1. Excavators
According to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (CCMA) on major excavator manufacturers, sales of various types of excavators reached 17,138 units in July 2025, a year-on-year increase of 25.2%. Of these, 7,306 units were sold domestically, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%, and 9,832 units were exported, a year-on-year increase of 31.9%.
From January to July 2025, a total of 137,658 excavators were sold, a year-on-year increase of 17.8%. Of these, 72,943 units were sold domestically, a year-on-year increase of 22.3%, and 64,715 units were exported, a year-on-year increase of 13%.
In July 2025, 9 electric excavators were sold (2 units under 6 tons, 1 unit in the 6-10 ton class, 4 units in the 18.5-28.5 ton class, and 2 units in the 28.5-40 ton class).
2. Loaders
According to statistics from the CCMA on major loader manufacturers, sales of various types of loaders reached 9,000 units in July 2025, a year-on-year increase of 7.41%. Domestic sales totaled 4,549 units, a year-on-year increase of 2.48%, while exports totaled 4,451 units, a year-on-year increase of 13%.
From January to July 2025, a total of 73,769 loaders of all types were sold, a year-on-year increase of 12.8%. Domestic sales totaled 40,171 units, a year-on-year increase of 20.4%, while exports totaled 33,598 units, a year-on-year increase of 4.85%.
In July 2025, 2,391 electric loaders were sold (18 under 3 tons, 88 3 tons, 1 4 tons, 1,501 5 tons, 733 6 tons, 44 7 tons, 1 8 tons, 1 over 8 tons, and 4 skid-steer loaders).
