Recently, news arrived from the assembly area of the ZWZ Extra-Large Bearing Branch that four sets of four-row cylindrical roller bearings for large cement roller presses, custom-made for a key customer in Northeast China, have been successfully assembled and shipped to the user, setting a new record for the branch's production of this type of bearing.
The bearings, which will be used in large cement roller presses, weigh a staggering 7.56 tons each and have an outer diameter of 1,750 mm. They are manufactured from high-performance case-hardened steel. Both their dimensions and weight are record-breaking for this type of bearing produced by the branch, marking a significant breakthrough in the company's research and development and manufacturing of extra-large and ultra-heavy bearings.
