The preheating furnace of Beijing Aerospace Power Research Institute has been successfully operated in the natural gas acetylene plant

Ten preheating furnaces recently successfully operated in a natural gas-to-acetylene plant independently developed by China National Chemical Corporation's (CNCEC) Sixth Academy's Beijing Aerospace Propulsion Institute. As core components, the preheating furnaces provide stable temperature conditions for the plant, ensuring optimal reaction efficiency. This helped the plant set several records, including the shortest time from startup to production of qualified products and the shortest time to stable operation, for natural gas-to-acetylene plants in China and abroad.

The preheating furnace developed by the Beijing Institute of Aerospace Propulsion has the characteristics of solid structure, accurate control and stable combustion. Its users are all major petrochemical enterprises across the country. Its successful application in Chengda's natural gas acetylene production unit further verifies the excellent quality of the product, enhances its market reputation, and plays a positive role in subsequent market development.
