China Ansteel secures exclusive supply rights for an automotive motor cores
Pangang International Trade, in line with customer needs, recently signed an exclusive technical agreement with a leading domestic automotive parts supplier for armature lamination steel.
Armature laminations are the core structure of electromagnetic conversion and mechanical transmission in motors currently used in the automotive industry. They determine the motor's basic shape, strength, and performance, and place high demands on the raw steel material in terms of strength, surface quality, stability, and processability.
This customer, a core supplier of 50% of related parts for domestic automotive OEMs, has extremely high expectations for its products. To meet this customer's stringent quality requirements for armature lamination steel, Pangang International Trade's marketing team, in collaboration with technical experts from Pangang Research Institute and its production base, established a technical service team. After multiple rounds of verification, they successfully developed a new product to replace traditional materials, earning high recognition from the customer.
