On the 23rd, it was learned from the Luoyang Industry and Information Technology Bureau that the 2025 provincial list for the recognition of major first (set) of major technical equipment has been officially released. Fifteen "Luoyang-made" products, including China Nonferrous Metals Processing Technology Co., Ltd.'s 1850mm aluminum strip double-stand cold tandem rolling mill, were successfully selected.

The products selected from Luoyang this time boast high technological content and significant market potential. Among them:

• The 1850mm aluminum strip double-stand cold tandem rolling mill from China Nonferrous Metals Processing Technology fills a technological and equipment gap in China, eliminating dependence on foreign sources for high-end aluminum sheet and strip production urgently needed by the electronics and automotive industries.

• Zhongke Huiyuan's SiC wafer macro-defect detection equipment has overcome core technical challenges in intelligent detection, such as high-speed imaging technology for SiC wafers, providing strong support for empowering semiconductor manufacturing with artificial intelligence.

• Luoyang Bearing's main shaft bearing for 20+ MW offshore wind turbine generators has reached an overall internationally advanced technological level, significantly advancing the domestic process of independently producing high-power wind turbine main shaft bearings.

In recent years, to encourage and guide equipment manufacturing enterprises to actively develop major technical equipment in key fields and support their promotion and application, the city has continuously carried out the cultivation and recognition of first (set) of major technical equipment. To date, the city has recognized 156 provincial-level first (set) major technical equipment items.
