Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Included in China National-Level List

The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau reported that the National Intellectual Property Administration recently announced the first batch of recognized industrial intellectual property operation centers, including three entities in Henan Province. Among them, ZYS was approved to build a high-end bearing industry intellectual property operation center.

Going forward, the three industrial intellectual property operation centers will focus on their respective functional roles and address the development needs of various innovative entities across the entire industry chain, promoting the coordinated development of industrial intellectual property, fostering in-depth collaboration between industry, academia, and research, efficiently integrating patent technology transfer, accelerating the industrialization of patents, and providing professional industrial intellectual property services.

In recent years, our city has prioritized intellectual property rights as a key tool for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and the development of high-demand industries. We have continuously improved the effectiveness of our intellectual property transfer system and completed the construction of a national intellectual property operation service system with high standards. Currently, our city has established an intellectual property service system consisting of "one center (national protection center) + one window (trademark window) + two platforms + multiple sites," providing strong support for innovation-driven development. As of August this year, the city had achieved 1,291 patent transfer licenses, and universities had transferred 108 patents to 74 small and medium-sized enterprises.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau stated that in the next step, our city will continue to strengthen the cultivation of high-value patents, focusing on the "5+17" industrial chain cluster, focusing on high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy and other hot industries, and building a provincial high-value patent cultivation center. At the same time, we will deepen the transformation and application of patents, promote the transfer of university patents to small and medium-sized enterprises, rely on the national intellectual property rights operation service platform to help small and medium-sized enterprises grow, focus on industrial development needs, support the Luoyang Industrial Intellectual Property Rights Operation Center to integrate resources, and based on the principle of "government guidance, industry dominance, and market operation", gather upstream and downstream enterprises, universities and service agencies in the industrial chain, promote market-oriented operations through patent licensing and transfer, the construction of patent pools, etc., and solidly advance all aspects of intellectual property rights work with higher standards and more practical measures, providing solid support for the high-quality economic and social development of the province.
