Huxiwang Group Conducts Specialized Lean Manufacturing Training Session

Recently, to further strengthen its internal management capabilities and address core bottlenecks in production and operations, the group invited senior lean consultant Mr. Li Zhicheng to conduct systematic and scenario-based lean empowerment training in four key areas: value stream optimization, supply chain collaboration, equipment changeover efficiency improvement, and production planning control. The four training sessions covered 129 key employees from sales, technology, production, and equipment departments, spanning the entire business chain from "demand to process to delivery."

The training, using Value Stream Analysis (VSM) as its core tool and incorporating real-world business scenarios for practical exercises, not only helped participants master a complete methodology from process diagnosis to optimization implementation, but also promoted in-depth reflection and systemic restructuring of the existing operational system.

This series of training sessions is an important initiative for Huxiwang Group to deepen lean management and build a learning organization.
