On December 10th, the ZWZ's 2026 Dealer Conference was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dalian. In 2025, one year after the restructuring of ZWZ and Dalian Heavy Industry Equipment Group, the company has achieved the goal of "one plus one is greater than two" through "four synergies": market interconnection, product complementarity, financial mutual assistance, and management integration. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, ZWZ will implement the "eight focuses" business strategy, adhere to the business philosophy of "top quality, above-average price," and leverage its advantages in medium and large-sized products. The company aims for sales revenue of 7 billion yuan, a return on net assets of 12%-15%, per capita sales revenue of 1.5 million yuan, and a smart production line coverage rate of 60%. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, ZWZ will build a customer-centric marketing service system and marketing network with a global perspective, achieving end-to-end, full-lifecycle management, and completing a fundamental transformation from a traditional manufacturer to a customer value partner, shifting from "managing products" to "managing customers and markets."
