QMTP Has Become A World Class Plant

Up to the end of August, output of machine tools had hit 26000 sets in Qiqihar Machine Tools Plant(QMTP). They has become the domestic leading manufacturer of machine tools in technologies and capacity. Their products have reached international level. For about 55 years, QMTP have played an important role in national defense and economic construction. Their products are widely used in energy, transportation, heavy vehicle manufacturing and military industries. So far, the total output value they made has hit RMB6.3billion yuan, operating margin RMB5.2billion yuan. For the high speed, high efficiency, high precision and reliability, their products which saled in over 20 countries and regions won appreciation from all their customers. Many of QMTP's products are developed as substitution for those previously imported products. Now China have been much more independent in the machine tools manufacturing. 152 kinds of products developed by QMTP filled a gap in Chinese relevant area, 70 items of achievements are selected as national or provincial award.
