After two years' preparation, Wanxiang Qianchao ultimately launched their ERP system in last December. This solution will systemize their over 30 years' managerial experiences and improve their managerial expertise essentially. Today, market pattern, products mix, quality and delivery control of Wanxiang Qianchao have undergone so many positive changes that previous operating model is no longer suitable in terms of production, sale and finance. Besides, in modern society, enterprises compete with others not only in their company strength but in their supply chain. The application of ERP will help improve their competitive power by increasing production efficiency and manufacturing craft. So far, Qianchao's ERP has integrated functions of their major departments together, such as production dept., marketing dept., purchasement and inventory dept., managerial accounting and cost accounting dept.. Only half a year after their implementation of ERP, circulating fund have increased by 22.95%. Also there are some problems in the process of implementing the ERP system, it takes time for all staffs to master the operating of ERP software. Wanxiang Qianchao is the subsidiary of Wanxiang Group, mainly produce auto chassis, suspension system, braking system, transmission system, rubber seals for auto, bearings, rolling elements, parts of construction machine etc. "QC" is their regiestered brand.
