A few days ago, the three new heat treatment production lines of ZWZ Group Bearing Parts Branch were put into operation on schedule, realizing the automation, standardization and traceability of the whole process of bearing heat treatment processing with first-class international industry standards. The largest bearing steel heat treatment production base in Northeast China of ZWZ Group Bearing Parts Branch was put into operation.

The renovation project started in October 2021, adding a heat treatment production line consisting of 6 sets of multi-purpose furnaces, a 1250 salt bath martensitic heat treatment production line and a 1250 salt bath bainite heat treatment production line. This measure solves the problem of ZWZ heat treatment capacity shortage, while meeting the production needs of Tile Shaft Group for the society to contract processing orders.

In 2022, ZWZ Group has increased investment and transformation, implemented major technical transformation projects such as wind power spindles and heat treatment, improved quality and expanded capacity to meet market demand, and driven the overall innovation and upgrading of Dalian bearing industry cluster with operating income "over 10 billion in three years", helping Dalian has become a "trillion GDP city".
