Single ball bearing ball bearings consist of an internal, external ring of balls and cages, which can be made of polyamide, steel or brass. The rolling tracks of the inner and outer ring are inclined towards one another in the direction of the bearing axis. Bearings are available in open and closed versions. The possibility of self-adjusting is very small in this type of bearing.
A large number of ball-bearing ball bearings are delivered in the X-Life design. These bearings are indicated in dimension boards. Bearings of X-Life design have improved geometry of rolling tracks as well as optimized surfaces. This significantly increases the wear limit of the bearing. In calculations, the bearing life with this design is increased up to 50%. For this reason, in smaller beds of this type, a certain order can be applied if necessary.
