In recent years the company had successfully developed a special kind of accurate bearings which have no clearance .One of them called positive clearance hollow cylindrical roller eccentric bearing which specially developed for a domestic printing machine enterprise has been successfully applied to double-color machines and four-color machines. The revolution accuracy of the cylinder influences the printing quality to a large extent .There are so many factors .The clearance of drum supporting is the widest influence among them .When the clearance exists in the supporting ,the instant centerline of the drum is revolves the ideal centerline to do rocks movement .This rocks which lead to the peak-to-peak value oversized will be considered as the prime factors to produce the printing ink thick stick ,the double image ,and the deformation and unclear printing.
The cylinder supporting gap includes the internal clearance of bearing, the fit clearance for bearing and the clearance between the bearing ring (or eccentric ring )and the wall space of printers, and so on .To reduce the advantage of rolling bearing ,the leading printer manufacturers together with the bearing enterprises to design special precision bearing with small clearance .For example ,the printer named Hai Debao takes advantage of matching precision needle bearings to achieve the micron level clearance ; some printers manufacturers adopt the radial snap bearing ,like the angular contact ball bearings or the taper roller bearings ,through axial pre-load to eliminate the bearing clearance.
Our company develops two kinds of cylindrical hollow roller eccentric bearings and a kind of two Clayers double row tapered roller eccentric bearing .One of cylindrical roller bearings which has two Clayer raceways with external and internal positive clearance eccentric units, is mounted on the both sides of squeezed cylinder press. The other is one-layer raceway cylindrical roller bearing with small clearance or positive clearance. It usually mounts in the both sides of plate and impression cylinder roller press. Because of its typical functions like strong reducing vibration ,long life ,high precision and overload protection.
Cylindrical hollow roller bearing with two-layer raceways coordinates the rotary and central line supporting as a new bearing unit of rubber cylinder supporting. The movement between internal raceways and its hollow rollers is considered as the precise rotary supporting of cylinder with no clearance. The movement between external raceway and its hollow rollers replaces the slide fit of eccentric set. It completes high pressure separating of cylinder with on clearance and regulates the central line of barrel. Otherwise, it allows relative axial displacement between inner and outer ring in operation.

It makes the rotary precision controlled in the range of 0.01mm. It solves the ink bar problem which the print quality is unable to overcome for a long time .In the aspect of pressurizing, because we change the slide friction to rolling friction, it largely reduces the driving moment and the driving electrical machinery power. On the other hand, it avoids influencing print quality because of the aperture changing with slide attrition caused by expensive wall plate and eccentric set .
