Wire straighteners are designed to remove any bends, irregularities, and cast memory left from the coil in the material that is being processed. This straightening process ensures that the final product will be consistent and free from defects and theynbsp;are used for straightening round or flat wire as well as wire with irregular cross sections. Each unit consists of two sets of 5 or 7 "V" grooved rolls set at right angles as illustrated to remove the material curvature on both planes. The rollers provided by MOTN can be grooved to the exact diameter of the wire to be straightened or can be "V"-grooved (standard) for handling a wide range of wire sizes from .006" to a maximum of .375".nbsp;
