As a globally recognized authoritative certification standard in the railway industry, the ISO 22163 Quality Management System certification is an authoritative recognition of the effectiveness of ZWZ's current quality management system. It signifies that ZWZ's quality management level is aligned with international advanced standards, establishing its benchmark position in the domestic bearing industry and providing a powerful "passport" for the company to expand into high-end international and domestic markets.
To achieve its certification goals, ZWZ systematically benchmarked against the standard's 343 clauses, accurately identifying areas for improvement. Zhang Shiyin, Chief Quality Officer and Assistant General Manager of ZWZ, explained, ZWZ comprehensively improves employees quality awareness and skills through professional training and simulated audits, encourages self-learning and improvement proposals, and stimulates the innovative vitality of all employees.
