The training was rich and practical.
Drawing on his profound professional expertise and extensive practical experience, expert Lei Jianzhong first provided an in-depth explanation of "Key Characteristics of Bearing Materials." Using the "Bearing Steel Microstructure and Performance Relationship Model," he explained the impact of bearing steel's chemical composition and microstructure on its hardness, toughness, wear resistance, and other properties. Drawing on numerous practical examples from the bearing industry, Lei Jianzhong emphasized: "The purity and uniformity of bearing materials directly impact the service life and reliability of bearings. High-quality materials are the foundation for producing high-performance bearings." In the "Heat Treatment Process and Requirements for Rolling Bearing Parts" module, the training focused on the entire bearing heat treatment process, specifically analyzing the impact of key process steps such as quenching, tempering, annealing, and normalizing on bearing performance. Drawing on his long-term experience in drafting and developing national and industry standards for bearing steel, expert Lei Jianzhong explained in detail how to precisely control heat treatment process parameters to optimize bearing performance based on different bearing materials and product requirements. For example, advanced quenching and cooling techniques can be used to improve bearing hardness uniformity, while precise tempering processes can be used to control residual stress in bearings. He provided employees with valuable technical solutions and key operational points.

Experts provided guidance. During the practical training, expert Lei Jianzhong provided on-site answers to common technical challenges encountered in production, helping employees quickly master accurate identification techniques. The on-site interaction was frequent, with employees raising questions about production issues and experts providing specific solutions combining theory and practice, transforming the practical training sessions into a "problem-solving classroom."
