Damaishu Port Area Successfully Completes First-ever Bearing Shipment Operation

On the morning of October 16, 2025, the first bearing loading operation officially began at the Damaiyu Port Area of Taizhou Port Authority. As the bearings were smoothly hoisted onto the vessel "Zhedonghai 151," it marked a new breakthrough for the Damaiyu Port Area in the field of large-scale cargo handling.

The operation involved 145 bearings, 20 of which weighed over 34 tons, with the heaviest reaching 42 tons—equivalent to the combined weight of 20 to 30 cars. This was a comprehensive test of the port's equipment and operational capabilities. To ensure operational safety and efficiency, the company held multiple pre-ship meetings with on-site personnel, cargo owners, and shipowners, focusing on in-depth discussions around vessel stowage, fixed support, and lashing requirements. During the operation, command personnel, crane operators, and lashing crews collaborated closely. The maritime authorities attached great importance to the operation and boarded the vessel to inspect the work, ensuring overall safety.
