Topping-Out Ceremony Held for FK Bearing State-of-the-Art Smart Plant, Marking Key Step Toward 6M Unit Capacity

In early February 2026, the expansion project of FK Bearing Group, located in Xuefeng New Area, Honglai Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province, reached a key milestone—the main structure of two intelligent precision bearing workshops was successfully capped, marking the completion of the main structure and signifying that this key industrial project has entered the final sprint stage of construction.

The project has a total investment of 180 million yuan, covers an area of 20 mu (approximately 1.3 hectares), and has a total construction area of 45,500 square meters. Since its commencement in November 2025, it has progressed rapidly. According to Zhang Peilin, the production manager of the contractor, Fujian Yuanshengxiang Construction Co., Ltd, the construction has now entered the finishing stage, including masonry, interior and exterior wall painting, and decoration. To ensure the project's progress, the construction elevators will be installed before the Spring Festival, and workers will return to work on time on the ninth day of the first lunar month after the holiday, striving to ensure the overall completion and acceptance by October.

After the project is put into operation, it will add an annual manufacturing capacity of 6 million sets of high-precision bearings and robot-specific bearings and accessories, with an estimated annual output value of 300 million yuan. At that time, FK Bearing Group will introduce 80 advanced precision production lines and a complete set of testing equipment, focusing on the precision machining and intelligent manufacturing of high-end bearings, further enhancing the company's supporting capabilities in new energy, industrial automation, and other fields.

As an important part of Nan'an's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, this project not only strengthens the local precision parts industry chain but also injects new momentum into the region's economic transformation towards "intelligent manufacturing."
