On February 27, upon entering the production workshop of Luoyang Phoenix Aerospace Bearing Technology Co.,Ltd. (PAB), located in Xin'an Economic Development Zone, a bustling scene unfolded before our eyes: in the rough machining area, CNC machine tools were precisely "carving" the blanks; next to the fine grinding station, technicians kept a close eye on the equipment parameters, not letting go of the slightest error.

“This batch of orders is destined for overseas markets. The customer was in a hurry, so we resumed work on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year to catch up,” said Zhou Feng, the company’s general manager, as he picked up a newly produced bearing on the production line. These products, with inner diameters ranging from 5 millimeters to 300 millimeters, may look ordinary, but they are indispensable “joints” in civil aircraft—they must not only withstand enormous loads during high-speed rotations of tens of thousands of revolutions per minute, but also ensure absolute safety in the special environment of tens of thousands of meters altitude.

As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of precision aviation bearings, Luoyang Phoenix Aerospace Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. “To open the door to the aviation field, we needed an international ‘passport’,” Zhou Feng said. "In recent years, the company has made steady progress, successively passing multiple industry process certifications, and its products have gradually gained market recognition."

From initial small-batch trial production to now having delivered over 200,000 sets of aerospace bearings, this company has become a stable supplier for many international aerospace manufacturers, successfully enabling Luoyang bearings to soar at high altitudes.

Currently, all production lines in the workshop are operating at full capacity. From the arrival of raw blanks to heat treatment, rough grinding, fine grinding, and then to "ultra-precision" machining with micron-level accuracy, every process embodies the rigor and craftsmanship of "Made in China."
