On March 15th, it was learned that a high-end manufacturing project for rail transit bearings is planned for Chengyang. The project, undertaken by Qingdao Beian Low-Altitude Industry Investment Co., Ltd., has a total investment of 1.53465 billion yuan.
The project covers a total land area of 127,887.57 square meters. The main construction includes factory buildings and related supporting equipment, with a total building area of 156,200 square meters, of which 155,000 square meters are above ground and 1,200 square meters are underground.
The main equipment includes approximately 70 sets of heat treatment equipment, processing equipment, machining equipment, and an intelligent digital management platform. The main raw materials are bearing alloys, bronze, aluminum-based alloys, and zinc-based alloys. The main production processes include heat treatment and grinding. The annual production capacity is 50 tons of rail transit bearings.
The project aims to attract related supporting enterprises such as raw material suppliers, component suppliers, logistics and transportation companies, and testing services for bearing production, thereby amplifying the advantages of the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry chain.
