Its end-to-end neural network local deployment technology enables the robots to have self-calibration and dynamic anti-interference capabilities, and its application scenarios continue to expand. Cinda Securities researcher Wu Hao believes that the industrialization of humanoid robots is an inevitable trend. Tesla, with its supply chain migration and accumulated AI computing power, is expected to become an industry pioneer, while domestic industrial control companies will leverage their cost and technological advantages to enter the hardware component market. III. Mechanism Innovation: Employee Stock Ownership Activates the Market, Strategic Reassessment Anchors New Direction

In terms of mechanism innovation, Shanghai Jiyou has implemented a series of measures. It guided Shanghai United Rolling Bearing to complete core employee stock ownership, with employees holding a cumulative 22.9% stake, primarily covering scientific and technological personnel and those with core skills. In the three years since its mixed-ownership reform, Shanghai Lianyou's sales have increased by nearly 26%, profits by 2.6 times, and asset appreciation by 20%, successfully earning it a place among the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council's "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises."

Faced with rapid industrial transformation, Shanghai Jiyou launched a strategic re-examination in May 2025, comprehensively reviewing its strategic execution over the past two years and formulating a new three-year action plan. This plan identifies key projects from the perspectives of technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and market expansion.
