ShangHai Prime Mingyu and AECC HRB Bearing Jointly Promote Independent Controllability of High-End Bearing Technology

Recently, Ma Fang, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of AECC HRB Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AECC HRB Bearing"), led a delegation to visit Prime Mingyu. The two parties held discussions on serving national strategies and deepening practical cooperation. Chen Hui, Deputy General Manager of Prime Mingyu, and Luo Zhigang, Deputy General Manager of AECC HRB Bearing, attended the meeting.

Chen Hui extended a warm welcome to Ma Fang and his delegation, and introduced Prime Mingyu's industrial layout and technological innovation achievements in the high-end bearing sector. He stated that Prime Mingyu has always been rooted in national strategic needs and is committed to breaking through core bearing technologies. Under the strategic cooperation framework between Shanghai Electric Group and AECC, he expressed the hope that both parties would further leverage their synergistic advantages to promote technological breakthroughs and deep integration of the industrial chain, jointly enhancing the independent controllability of China's bearing industry.

Ma Fang presented the latest research progress of AECC HRB Bearing in the field of aero-engine bearings. He pointed out that bearings are core basic components of high-end equipment and are directly related to the self-sufficiency capability of major equipment. Guided by the strategic cooperation between the two major groups, he looks forward to achieving deeper collaboration in areas such as joint technological innovation, co-development of talent, and application for major national projects, together serving the national strategic landscape.

During the exchanges, the two parties focused on practical consultations regarding specific matters including collaborative innovation of key bearing technologies, establishment of joint research teams, advancement of national project applications, and the establishment of normalized personnel exchange mechanisms, reaching multiple consensus agreements.

This exchange further strengthened the strategic partnership between AECC HRB Bearing and Jiyou Mingyu in bearing business. Looking ahead, the two parties will establish an efficient coordination mechanism to accelerate the implementation of cooperative outcomes, contributing to the support of high-end equipment manufacturing and high-quality development of the bearing industry in China.

Prior to the meeting, the attendees jointly toured the Jiyou Mingyu corporate exhibition hall. Representatives from relevant functional departments and units of both parties participated in the meeting.
