The company was formerly known as Jiangsu Golden Lion Bearing Factory which was founded in 1996. With the reorganization in 2010, the factory turned into a professional manufacturer of roller bearings , and factory was renamed as Jiangsu SAK Bearing Co., Ltd in 2012.

SAK company covers 22000 square meters with more than 300 workers and equipped with over 120 advanced machines.
