Wafangdian First Mill Bearing Manufacture Co.,Ltd(trademark WYZZ) is a professional rolling mill bearing factory.It also is the first mill bearing factory of Wafangdian in China.It has considerable technical strength and rich experience of bearing production in many years.It has scientific management system,adoption of progressive technological programmer,all ready bearing device and good measuring system after many years of making constant progress.The development history is following:
In 1976,it bulids up the factory. Its main function is forging and turning.It lies in Zhangshanzhui.It was a collectively-owned enterprise.
In 1992,it bulids up the heat treatment workshop and the grinding and assembling workshop.
In 1993,it began to sell bearings to the Capital steel factory and the Kunming steel factory that are nationalized enterprise.
In 1994,it sold bearings to HanDan Steel factory that is also a nationalized enterprise.It was the first factory whose bearing life can work more than 1000 hours.
In 1998,WYZZ became a privately-owned enterprise.
In 1999,it passed ISO9002.
In 2000,WYZZ can produce bearings with ID more than 1000mm.
In 2001,it passed ISO 9001.
In 2005,it began to export.
In 2006,The factory moved to Zhuhua industry zone.
In 2007,its turnover value was up 100,000,000RMB
In 2008,it builded up 2 new Aichelin multi function furnance production lines.
The company got many honorary certificates including national,provincal and city level.The objective of WYZZ is to build up the largest rolling mill bearing production base in China with the most excellent quality and satisfactory services.
