Yang Mao Sheng said that we have a certain basis from scientific research institutions and domestic bearing industry, and we can easily achieve the goal. "Successfully manufacturing bearings for high-speed rail mean that we are leading in technology." said Yang Chu-ming , Xinchang County Bearing Industry Association Secretary-General.
