Apple Inc. wind power project settled in Zibo China

Recently, Xinjiang Goldwind Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd. and Apple Inc. have reached an agreement that transfering 30% of stock to Apple Inc., including the acquisition of Zibo Runchuan New Energy Co., Ltd. 30% stake. This means that Apple's investment projects are expected to settle in Zibo. In December 2016, Goldwind announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Tianrun Xinneng Investment Co., Ltd., plans to cooperate with Apple Inc. on wind power projects and jointly promote the development of green power. Details: Zibo Runchuan New Energy Co., Ltd. (Shandong Province), Shuozhou City Pinglu District Sri Lanka Sri Lanka Wind Power Co., Ltd. (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. (Shandong Province) Province) and Qiaojia Tianqiao Wind Power Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Province), each 30% stocks to Apple Inc. Apple Inc. will invest 39.527 million yuan to purchase 30% stocks of Zibo Runchuan New Energy Co., Ltd., and jointly develope wind power projects with Beijing Tianrun New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. in Zichuan, managing and using the wind energy station. Acoording to report, that Zibo Runchuan New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in August 12, 2014, and its business including wind power project development, investment, construction, management, technical advisory services, new energy technology development and so on. The company's leading investment in Zichuan Xingshan wind farm project (total installed capacity of 49.5MW) is the major project in Zibo City in 2015. On 13 June, Beijing Tianrun Xinneng Investment Co., Ltd. confirmed the cooperation with Apple Inc.. The cooperation between the two sides are currently promoted smoothly, .
