ZWZ's Strategy on Overseas Business

ZWZ paid more attention to the building of sales network and restructuring of the market. Now they have built at least 5 key operation bases in China, East Europe and other places. During the first half of this year, sales of the 5 bases increased by 82.7 percent from the same period last year. They also granted the agencies whose sales exceeded million dollar many preferences for their further development; market structure and customer mix have been improved thoroughly. Under their strategy of finding new customers actively, ZWZ successfully signed long term supply contract with a famous European enterprise, which paved the way for their entering European auto bearings market. While the overseas business became another source of economic growth. ZWZ intensified overseas operations whose function began to shift from only selling products to managing and further open local market. They focused on the developing of products which is seriously demanded from the market and adjusted the products mix to cater to the present situation.
