Batoyle Freedom Group Developed A Range of Compressor Lubricants Batoyle Freedom Group has developed a range of compressor lubricants. Based upon the original Typhon technology, the formulations incorporate performance enhancing additive systems. The formulations are completely ashless, and offer boosted wear protection and corrosion/oxidation resistance. Low foam characteristics and demulsibility (water separation) also assist greatly in reducing oil carry over and downstream filtration costs. These enhancements have resulted in outstanding lubrication and thermal stability, reduced deposit formation and extended oil service intervals up to 4000 hours, depending on the lubricant grade and compressor type. In addition to the conventional mineral oil based products, the Typhon range includes fully synthetic formulations and Food Safe products which meet FDA/NSF H1 requirements and the recommendations of the recently published BCAS/BRC Food Grade Code of Practice. The Flush 1219 internal cleaning agent is designed for use with oil injected rotary compressors.
