Bearings Limited Buys Warehouse Bearings Limited, of Hauppauge, has purchased a 140,000-square-foot warehouse and the adjoining 7.1 acres of land for $15 million in one of the largest industrial real estate transactions on Long Island this year. Bearings Limited is an international distributor of bearing and power transmissions and boasts an inventory of over 20,000 bearing sizes and configurations. The warehouse located at 2100 Pacific Street, located on the edge of the Hauppauge Industrial Park, was sold by H&A Realty, LLC and was formerly occupied by 8 in 1 Pet Products. The sale was handled by the Sutton & Edwards team of Ted Trias, Jeffrey Schwartzberg and Kyle Burkhardt. Jeff Feldman, Bearings Limited senior vice president handled the purchase for the company.
