NRB Board Recommends 120% Final Dividend

The board of directors of NRB Bearings at its meeting held on Jun. 09, 2008, declared final dividend at the rate of 120% i.e Rs 2.40 a share of Rs 2 each payable to members as per register of members, subject to shareholder approval in general meeting. NRB Bearings is a diversified bearings manufacturer. It was established on Jun. 30, 1965. The company produces needle roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, wide inner ring bearings, tapered roller bearings and ball bearings. Shares of the company declined Rs 2.6, or 4.36%, to settle at Rs 57. The total volume of shares traded was 1,070 at the BSE (Monday).
