Rodaindustria Ibérica, S.A. announces the acquisition of a substantial portion of the capital of SARMODI, S.A.
SARMODI was founded in the year 1982 and actually is situated near the well known trading state of Porriño, their principal activities is the production and distribution of hydraulics couplings, customized watertight couplings, hoses and connections for hydraulic and pneumatic uses, industrial hoses, bearings, pneumatics accessories, belts, personal protection (Individual Protection Equipment), ….
RODAINDUSTRIA IBÉRICA S.A was born in 1999 as a professional initiative of the industrial supply’s sector, joining the efforts of several professionals, looking forward to have a leader company on the Iberian Peninsula market. Its origin becomes from the merger of two companies: Rodaindustria, S.A. and Rodaindustria Vigo, S.A. and its reputation is guaranteed by an experience of 45 years of activity.
In the near future, Rodaindustria Ibérica Vigo delegation will move to the industrial state of A Granxa, located is a strategic zone, a few kilometres from Portugal (south) and the city of Vigo (north). No doubt it represents one of the main promoters of the economic and social advance in Porriño and the Vigo area, counting with excellent communications allowing it to be one of the most accessible industrial areas in Galicia.
This union will strength the products diversity actually offered by both companies, meeting the market requirements and satisfying the expectations and necessities of our clients.
We want to thank all our clients the confidence placed during these years in Rodaindustria and Sarmodi, without it this project has not been possible.
