Sale of Yingte Bearings Monthly Increased for the Boost of Internal and External Positive Factors

The sale of Zhejiang Yingte Bearings Co., Ltd. has increased month by month since the beginning of this year, in which the sale in June has reached 2.77 million RMB, which is 0.94 million RMB more than that in January. The principal of the company said that the boost of the internal and external positive factors is indispensable for the warming-up this time.
The main products of Zhejiang Yingte Bearings are four series including tapered roller bearings, short cylindrical bearings, angular contact bearings and motor bearings, 75% of which has been exported to U.S., Middle East, Eastern Europe, etc. Since last year, with the influence of global financial crisis, the order of the company has obviously reduced. Therefore, the company took measures actively from itself. For reduce of cost, the cooling liquid used in the process of super finishing was kerosene in the past, which is replaced by aqua; and each month they can save about 340kg kerosene and reduce 1700RMB. Meanwhile, the company has strived for the foreign orders.
The principal of the company, Chen Weimin said that the company has increased the emphasis on marketing, and recently the U.S. market has been developed, especially in the U.S. tow truck market. They have received large order from U.S. market since this month.
On one hand, the company has actively taken measures; on the other hand, the external environment is warming up; all these factors boost the increase of orders. Chen Weimin introduced that the price of the raw material, the bearings steel has reduced from 7,500 RMB/ton to 3,900RMB/ton, and the bearing market was fatigued; this year the price of the bearing steel has gradually increased, as well as the foreign bearing orders.
He also added that the dealers and distributors’ thought of buying while the price going up also produced a lot of orders.
In the first half of this year, Yingte Bearing has achieved the production value of more than 13.8 million RMB; while analyzing the situation, the staff of the company is more confident and strives for the large increase in production value in the other half of the year.
