A B C Bearings net jumps 82.46% for Sep`09 qtr-Bearing News

A B C Bearings reported a phenomenal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2009. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 82.46% to Rs 37.66 million from Rs 20.64 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter declined marginally 1.37% to Rs 387 million, while total income for the quarter fell marginally 1.45% to Rs 394.64 million, when compared with the prior year period. It reported earnings of Rs 3.26 a share during the quarter, registering 82.12% growth over prior year period.
