SNR ROULEMENTS (hereinafter referred to as “SNR”), a consolidated subsidiary of NTN Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “NTN”) reached a decision to change the company name to NTN-SNR ROULEMENTS during its general shareholders’ meeting today(July 22, French time). 1. Current Outline of the Consolidated Subsidiary Company name : SNR ROULEMENTS Address : 1 rue des Usines, 74 000 Annecy, France Representative : Didier SEPULCHRE DE CONDE Line of business : Manufacture and sales of bearings for automotive and industrial machinery, including railways and aircrafts Capital : EURO 10,065,000 2. New Name of the Consolidated Subsidiary NTN-SNR ROULEMENTS 3. Reason for the Change NTN first acquired capital in SNR in March 2007, and raised its share of it to 51% by April 2008, resulting in making it its consolidated subsidiary. In April 2010, it raised its share further to 80% to strengthen the network of the NTN group. In order to reinforce the network of development, production and sales, we have decided to change the name of SNR. 4. Date of the Change July 23, 2010 (July 22, French time)
