MSV Brno 2010
ZKL Group as a traditional exhibitor at MSV in Brno took place also at this year´s 52nd International Engineering Fair (MSV) where the company ZKL presented its annual range of special bearings production. This assortment has been extended with a new bearing type for railway vehicles for passenger transport. These are the special double-row tapered roller bearings PLC 810-13 (CTBU 130x230x160) for chassis of high-speed railway vehicles. These bearings are used for example for new electric units 471 - City Elephant and they were also nominated for a gold medal of MSV. A split roller bearing PLC 412-8 was another special exhibit, which was developed for use in rolling-mill trains for a major multinational company. The presentation of this exhibit was supported by a special 3D projection, which demonstrated more closely the technological intensity of the bearings to the visitors.
