On October 25, 2010, one of the production line in Xinghua Bearing Forging Plant of Hefei Xinghua Bearing Forging Co., Ltd discontinued for the technical transformation. It is reported that since from this October, the company has discontinued two production line (totally five production line) to make the technical upgrading & transformation so as to reduce the power consumption and save production costs. After the transformation, various types of the machinery parts which were produced by the company become the continuous casting & rolling processing from the original two times heating & forging, meanwhile could save one third of the electricity consumption per ton of the component. In addition, the company saved tens of thousands of electricity per day compared with September.
