Tianrun Crankshaft Co., Ltd Signed New Products Trial Agreement

According to the relevant reports, Tianrun Crankshaft Co., Ltd recently has made the full consultation on the products ( 2.0L & 2.3L crankshaft) trial & development with Beijing Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd, meanwhile signed the 《Trial Agreement》.
In the agreement, it is pointed out that Tianrun Crankshaft Co., Ltd produce 2.0L/2.3L finished crankshaft products for Beijing Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd as the first-class supplier; Bharat India supply 2.0L/2.3L semifinished crankshaft products as the second-class supplier, meanwhile Beijing Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd could directly purchase semifinished crankshaft products from Bharat for its production. Besides, the agreement also included technical requirements, development process, quality assurance, qualified suppliers, intellectual property and confidentiality, breach of contract, loan payment, dispute resolution, packaging, transportation, delivery, etc.
Beijing Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd was founded on February 9, 2010, and it is a state-owned subsidiary company which was invested & established by Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. The company registered capital of 50 million yuan, which allowed to produce automobile engines, transmissions and parts. And the general operation projects include automotive engines, transmissions & parts selling, technology promotion, economic & trade consulting, technology & products import and export, agent for import and export.
As for the impact on signing this agreement, Tianrun Crankshaft Co., Ltd believed that it will not influence the company's annual results. The products involved in the agreement are mainly provide supporting services for two engine series (2.0L, 2.3L), which were purchased by Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd from Swedish Saab Automotive Co., Ltd. Tianrun Crankshaft Co., Ltd will sign the formal supply contract with Beijing Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd after the products trial is completed.
