Kaman Acquires Global Aerosystems-Bearing News

(December 10, 2010) Kaman Corp. (NASDAQ-GS: KAMN), Bloomfield, CT, announced its subsidiary Kaman Aerospace Group Inc. has acquired Global Aerosystems LLC of Everett, WA. Global, a provider of aerostructure engineering design analysis and FAA certification services to the aerospace industry, is expected to have sales in 2010 of $20 million.Customers include Boeing and Kawasaki Heavy Industries along with Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Bombardier, Aviation Partners Boeing and the Department of Defense.
