Recertification of Investors in People Standard in ZKL Group
In June 2011 the company ZKL, a. s. takes part in recertification audit of Investors in People Standard. It is a unique internationally accepted standard in the sphere of management and human resources development, following the company ability to efficiently utilize and develop its people and assist in their effectiveness and competitiveness. We received the certificate in June 2008, when the successful final audit of the project of implementing international Investors in People Standard in the company ZKL, a. s. was realized. Recertification audit of Investors in People Standard will be re-performed by International Quality Centre seated in UK and is planned to take place in June this year. Obtaining the IIP certificate for our company guarantees high level of human resources and proof that staff development is in accordance with the development of the company.
These days there is intensive preparation for recertification which includes following activities:
•Reminder IIP standard and performance of its higher forms such as Profiling, New Choice, Health and Wellbeing model
•Presentation of results of surveys and interviews
•Collective definition of target vision - status before recertification IIP
•Revision of action plan, including definition of concrete activities for improvement and responsibility for their realization.
