Eriks Acquired Dansk Ventil Center and DVC

15 June - Eriks has announced that it has acquired Dansk Ventil Center and DVC, which develop heavy-duty level gauges, butterfly valves and check valves. Their products are targeted at specialist markets such as pharmaceutical, pneumatic, power generation and automation. 27 May 2011 - Eriks has concluded an agreement with the owners of the Sodeco group in Belgium regarding the acquisition of the German business activities of Sodeco Armaturen in Cologne; the acquisition was carried out by the Eriks Core Competence Centre for fittings and actuators in Germany - AMG Pesch in Cologne - which itself was acquired by Eriks at the beginning of 2011.
