ZWZ Accelerated the Development of High-end Products

Around the implementation of the strategic high ground, ZWZ accelerated the development of high-end products, totally developed 1100 kinds of new products in 2011. Numbers of key technologies in new energy, metallurgical & mining, rail transportation, precision machine tools and other industries have been brokenthrough, meanwhile a batch of high-end bearings began to enter the market.
In metallurgical & mining industry, ZWZ promoted the simultaneous development of Baosteel bearing localization and multiple client rolling mill bearings, completed the development of various high-end products, products supplying for plate mill and fan-shaped segments have fully substituted the imported ones. In machine tool & precision machinery industry, ZWZ developed types of machine tool spindle bearings, industrial robot bearings. In major equipment industry, ZWZ developed and improved cement mechanical bearings, precision gear box bearings, large coal mine mining equipment and coal-mechanical equipment bearings. In wind power industry, ZWZ developed 2.3-5 MW wind power slewing bearings, spindle bearings, speed increaser bearings and other products, which have fully substituted the imported products, meanwhile developed offshore wind turbine bearings, especially the wind power slewing bearings developed for one foreign well-known company, which has achieved the bulk export at present, and further laid the postition for ZWZ wind power bearings in the international market. In rail transportation industry, ZWZ developed locomotive bearings, EMU bearings, subway bearings and urban light rail bearings, 27T & 30T railway freight bearings, thus to form the proprietary technology and volume manufacturing capabilites, which have been recognized by the Ministry of Railways. Moreover, ZWZ also developed plenty of high-end products in automotive industry, engineering machinery industry, shipbuilding and marine engineering industries.
