17 February 2012 - During the last week of January in Camping Baldovec it has taken place an adventure course for talented employees of ZKL Group. Support of talent is one of the group’s priorities, which is based on the intention to motivate and develop young and talented staff with expert and working potential. The participants went through activities focused on verification of their mental and physical fitness and teamwork. And what did individual participants take from the course? It was another piece of puzzle of self-knowledge, revelation their strengths and reserves, desire to develop themselves, magic of teamwork and power of constructive feedback. All this enable them making excellent working results and set an example to others, and thus fulfill the strategic objectives of the Group. There is no better conclusion than to let the participants speak directly to evaluate the course: "The course that helped me to get to know colleagues and myself!" "Thank you for the professional work!" "Thank you for the professional and the informal self-knowledge and my own role determination!"
