Schaeffler Voted As One of China's 100 Best Employers

Schaeffler Group Greater China has been voted one of the 100 Best HRM Companies in China by 51job and 2011 China Best Employer by Zhaopin. The awards from one of China’s most well-known human resources agencies show that the Schaeffler Group has become one of the most sought-after employers in China.
Organized by 51job, China’s largest HR service provider, the 100 Best HRM Companies is so far the largest human resources management rating in China. Schaeffler Group Greater China stands out due to its continuous investment and excellence in HR strategic planning, remuneration management, performance evaluation and employee training. 100 companies were rated as the best HRM employers out of 300,000 participating companies. Representatives from Schaeffler Group Greater China’s HR department attended the award ceremony in December.
The 2011 China Best Employer is jointly organized by Zhaopin, one of the top HR agencies in China, Peking University and China Education Television. The registration for participation in the rating started on October 11 and ended on November 3, 2011. Over 1,000 companies took part. After several rounds of selection, the Schaeffler Group was awarded 2011 China Best Employer and 2011 Best Employer in Suzhou. The award ceremony was held in January 2012 in Nanjing.
Schaeffler’s inclusion in the 100 Best HRM Companies and 2011 China Best Employer award are recognition of the company’s excellent human resources management. There was a great deal of media coverage about the rating on the Internet, in newspapers, magazines and in social media, which has confirmed Schaeffler’s position as a top-class employer and strengthened the company’s appeal and assures potential employees that Schaeffler, which has extremely professional HRM operations and a culture of caring for its employees, is the place for them to make their career dreams a reality.
