Ameridrives Couplings and TB Wood's Couplings Achieve ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Ameridrives Couplings and TB Wood's recently received ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Quality Management at their facilities in Erie, Pennsylvania and San Marcos, Texas. The audit was completed by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL DQS, Inc.). The Certificate of Registration issued to the Erie and San Marcos facilities states that they comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 in the design, manufacture and contract maintenance and service of flexible and rigid couplings and other related mechanical power transmission devices including universal joints. The certification also includes the distribution and repackaging of kits (including seals, gaskets and fasteners) used on flexible and rigid couplings.
