ZKL announces Successful implementation of manufacturing a heat exchanger to AUDI gearboxes (pic)
In 2010 ZKL Hanušovice was nominated as serial supplier for heat exchanger to gearbox of VW concern. For ZKL Hanušovice this nomination was a challenge that company moves forward.
At the beginning of project was needed to provide new technologies which manufactured part in required quantity and mostly to in required quality. Customer requirements for quality of part were from the beginning refined and gradated.
During 2011 staff of technologies ZKL Hanušovice made countless tests even in presence of representatives of the VW Group, experts of technologies suppliers and other world capacities.
The result of more than one year effort was built modern production line including new CNC bender from German manufacturer WAFIOS, for precise cleaning of parts also from German manufacturer DIRR company. Only for this project was built special room with higher purity requirements where is final completion and control of parts and partially packaging. For completion parts was purchased special device ( machine ) which is able to press up parts, perform montage sealing rings and mark suitable parts by required sign.
For controlling of parts purity, for evaluating of quality soldered joints was built laboratories and all this by help of the most modern devices.
In April of this year developed part was conditionally released by customer and serial production was run. In early July manufactured process was checked by representatives of concern VW and on this the part was fully released for serial production.
Thanks to project ZKL Hanušovice was made hugely technologic leap forward.
