Recently, after receiving the complaints from Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd, the Xiangcheng Branch of Xiangyang Industrial and Commercial Bureau in Hubei Province went to different places to help the company with anti-counterfeit and safeguarding rights. They destroyed six dens of manufacturing and selling counterfeit ZXY bearings, seizing the counterfeit bearings with value of RMB 900,000. Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd. is a listed company with a well-known trademark. Their ZXY brand bearings account for 50% of the national market share. The Xiangcheng Branch of Xiangyang Industrial and Commercial Bureau in Hubei Province quickly organized law enforcement officers to go to Shiyan in Hubei provice and Shaanxi etc with the relevant staff of the company. With the cooperation of the local business and public security departments, the illegal manufacturing and sale of counterfeit ZXY brand bearing was clamped down. Among them, a manufacturing and selling counterfeit ZXY bearing ZXY was destructed, seizing the counterfeit bearings with value of more than RMB 200,000 and effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise.
